The establishment of an e-textile value chain is one of the most challenging barriers to commercialisation facing the sector. Larger funding models in Europe and US are playing a crucial role in bringing stakeholders together to build the ecosystem needed to take a great idea through to commercialisation. In this campfire session presenters from NCState and WSA, University of Southampton come together to discuss and compare how different models work in Europe and North America to drive innovation and technology in the e-textiles industry.
