The official Advanced Textiles Expo housing block is NOW OPEN through our partnership with Conference Direct. Please book your room directly from our website and beware of third-party providers not affiliated with the event.  Conference Direct is the only housing partner for Advanced Textiles Expo.

A: Advanced Textiles Expo 2023 will be held on Wednesday-Friday, November 1-3 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL, USA with education happening Tuesday-Friday, October 31 – November 3.

A: IFAI transitioned to a new name Advanced Textiles Association (ATA) in 2022.  2023 will be the first year with the new name Advanced Textiles Expo, which will be held November 1-3 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.

Advanced Textiles Expo and ATA do not sell any lists for any event/publication/product. If you receive an email or message from someone claiming that you can buy our list, that is 100% false. Those companies’ prey on people that are interested in lists. They are non-reputable and will take your credit card number and use it for their own purposes while not providing our lists as again, they don’t have it.

What is Advanced Textiles Expo and ATA doing to stop these scammers?

1.      Unfortunately, little can be done to stop these people. Tradeshows across the world deal with these and unfortunately don’t have a good avenue to stop these people.

2.      ATA sends ‘Cease and Desist” letters via email to all email addresses that are involved in this scam.

3.      We never provide lists to any entity.

4.      We ask that those emails are forwarded to an ATA staff member so we can have a cease and desist letter sent.

A: Attendees constantly point at complementary industries as being an area for potential growth for their businesses. This co-location will open opportunities for attendees to increase their business in textiles used for both internal and external textiles applications. Advanced Textiles Expo features specialty, advanced and industrial textile solutions with the largest contingency of attendees and exhibitors representing exterior sun protection. Messe Stuttgart’s Sun Shading Expo will deliver a show and education focused on the internal sun protection marketplace, in part, as they do through their R+T Trade Shows in Germany, China and Turkey.  R+T produces the leading world trade fair for roller shutters, doors/gates and sun protection systems.

These two events will bring together the textiles industry’s leading companies, latest innovations in equipment and textiles and valuable education, highlighting ways textile companies can provide high quality solutions for commercial businesses and consumers. Co-locating shows will provide unprecedented value in the opportunity to connect with customers, suppliers, end-product manufacturers and industry counterparts.

A: Our colocation with Sun Shading Expo North America will create the largest, most diverse, and engaging trade show floor we’ve ever had!  Both Advanced Textiles Expo and Sun Shading Expo attendees will have access to a combined show floor that will feature 300+ exhibit booths. Show floor education (campfires) will be open to attendees of both shows, as will keynote speakers and all networking receptions.  Advanced Textiles Expo classroom education will only be available to Advanced Textiles Expo registrants, and Sun Shading Expo classroom education will only be available to Sun Shading Expo registrants.

Note: The Advanced Textiles Expo hotel blocks will be open to both Expo and Sun Shading Expo North America attendees!
