Lean in Action: Practical Strategies for a More Efficient Shop
What does “lean” really mean—and how can it make a difference in your business?
This interactive workshop is designed to give fabric manufacturers, fabricators, and industry professionals a practical introduction to lean principles and how they can be applied in the real world. The first half of the workshop will provide a foundation in lean thinking, including identifying waste, improving processes, creating greater efficiency, and focusing resources on activities that deliver value to customers.

The second half will bring lean to life through an industry panel featuring professionals who have implemented lean practices within their own organizations. Panelists will share their experiences, successes, challenges, lessons learned, and the tangible impact lean has had on their operations and businesses.

Whether your company is just beginning to explore lean or already has lean initiatives underway, this workshop will provide practical ideas, real-world examples, and takeaways you can put to work in your own organization.
